We accept payments through approved payment gateways and methods listed at checkout. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In the event of a payment failure, declined transaction, or suspected fraud, PRINTIVO reserves the right to cancel or hold the order until payment verification is completed.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product details, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, printing processes, and material differences.

Minor variations in print placement, shade, or finishing may occur and shall not be considered defects unless materially different from the product description.

PRINTIVO reserves the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to review, availability, payment confirmation, and verification.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraudulent activity
Pricing or listing errors
Product stock unavailability
Incorrect customer information
Bulk purchasing abuse or resale activity

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be initiated in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 BUSINESS DAYS unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

While PRINTIVO works with trusted delivery partners, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details may be charged to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Products may be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement only under qualifying circumstances such as damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented items, subject to our stated return window and verification process.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method or through another approved method within the applicable processing timeline.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or order error caused by PRINTIVO.
